“2 day Short break”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

used amazon local offer for two night stay. Staff were very efficient on arrival and allowed us to use carpark even though we were early. Room was spacious and comfortable although we were unable to get radiators to work. All the usual amenities available including use of heated pool sauna and steam room. Pool is odd shape, waisted in middle, so only one person can swim through narrow section ???
Breakfast had everything you could want buffet service. Staff were happy and efficient. We had a top corner room and the wind vibrated through the side of the window frame??

My husband and I and two of our children ages 11 and 1 stayed here for the bank holiday weekend in May. Perfect location for beach shops town woodland walk and restaurants. The harvester is a 5 minute walk and catered for family's with a good menu and baby station for warming little ones food. Staff were polite knowledgable and helpful
Spa facilities good although pool is Tiny not good for swimming.
Rooms were very spacious we had a two bedded room and stil lots if space to erect travel cot.

This hotel is in a real good location, within walking distance to the sea front and shops and bars. The breakfast is really nice at this hotel. The rooms are clean but a little dated, but overall was an enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: There are some refurbished rooms which are much nicer.

We were attending an activity at the hotel 12-2. Not only did we get a call saying that there had been an accident and asked if we could move the time (which I didn't agree too), we found out that there had not been an accident.

THEN, at 1.35 (considering we had the room until 2) a load of men walked in and started setting up for the next activity. We were on a hen party and didn't feel comfortable with a large group of men entering the room and made us feel rushed and that we had to leave!

Stayed 4 nights with wife and 2yr old daughter. Check in was quick and the staff were helpful. Room was sufficient, shower, TV, tea/coffee facilities and iron and board. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection for everyone. Small gym, pool, sauna and steam room sufficient. 10 minute walk to Pier, 20 minute walk to town centre. Limited car park available. Only down side WIFI was very slow but would stay again.

Booked a special offer/deal including meals. Hotel okay, but rooms poor (not like the website). Food not wonderful either! Not an ideal choice for a romantic break. Pool area overcrowded. Will not be returning.
