Arrived to a very good welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Room very clean and tastefully decorated.

Breakfast well cooked with an excellent choice available.

Hotel was more than the equal of some of the big chains.

Location just off centre of Bournemouth with easy access to beach and local restaurants.

Would certainly go there again when visiting Bournemouth.

My wife and I stayed at Marlins hotel, West Cliff, Bournemouth, for three days from 23rd July to 26th July . We found the hotel to be absolutely spotlessly clean; the owners, Neil & Mike, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. We had some of the worst weather in history, yet Neil & Mike went out of their way to ensure that we knew of all the alternatives to try to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The atmosphere at this excellent hotel is relaxed and efficient. We would certainly recommend it to anyone. It's location is excellent near to both the beach and entertainment, with the Bournemouth International centre just three minutes walk away.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of the month and loved it, everything is five mins away it's brill! It felt like home from home. The owners were so lovely and gave great advice on where to go. Would definitely go again. Nothing bad to say at all!

I have just returned from a one week stay at Marlins Hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very well located near the beach and city centre. The rooms with anything you need are nicely decorated and very clean. They serve a very nice breakfast in their cosy restaurant with french doors ( open when nice weather).
I was very much suprised with the proactive service the owners (Neil and Michael) gave me. I stay a lot in hotels in Holland because I work as an proffesional mystery guest visting hotels and doing a compleet quality test. It is not often that I find a service like this. Help with the luggage, dinner suggestions, things to do recommandations, giving directions, calling taxis. It was much more than what you would normaly expect and that is real hospitality they way you want it. When I return to Bournemouth I will certainly stay at Marlins Hotel!
