Booked afternoon tea for 3 people after numerous emails to try and book. Finally booked via phone, the staff member seemed inefficient with trying to book. But, we were looking forward to it, as it was a Mother's Day treat and from reading the reviews.
Arrived at booked time to find that the place was packed and no table had been reserved. Talked to staff member and they stated that they thought "we weren't coming". This seemed extremely unprofessional as we had booked two days before, so we should have had priority over walk-in customers. We had arrived on time and were thoroughly disappointed as we had so looked forward to it. We then proceeded to walk out as we were asked to wait until the next available table, and there was nowhere to sit.
Extremely disappointed and cant believe that we were treated with such poor customer service.
