“We love South Hams!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2012

We love South Hams as you can probably tell from all the reviews of places and restaurants in the area. Totally beautiful scenery. A real place to relax and unwind. Would totally recommend a visit. Dartmouth, Torcross, Stokenham, Beesands, Hallsands, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Bigbury all fantastic places to visit.

“South Hams, Its Where your Ancestors Lived”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2011

A Great place to live in and safely bring up children, with resonable access to beaches and wonderfull moorland some of which stems back to the Stoneage, Lets face it Nethanderthal man knew where it was best placed to be, try and imagine what he would have first seen when he was hunting through the Avon Valley, rivers full of salmon, Deer in abundence, and a clear view to the sea, any invaders would be spotted literally instantly.

“Unspoilt Devon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2011

The beautiful countryside, even in November there is a magnificence about the scenery very misty followed by sunshine. Totnes and Kingsbridge we loved, Dartington Hall and estate is a great find, courses are held on a regular basis run by the Schumacher College. The estate is beautiful even in the pouring rain! We had a short visit to The Dartmoor villages and need to go back there is much to explore.
