From the moment you step over the threshold, Berry and Mandi make you feel really welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities provided are all you need and the breakfast is varied and delicious! If you need a centrally situated, friendly place to stay while you discover the delights of the English Riviera, give Berry and Mandi a ring - you won't regret it, we didn't.

The operators went well beyond the call of duty to assure we had a great stay in Torquay and had lots of helpful advice on activities and to ensure that the rest of our trip went more smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, the area quiet and the breakfast was all one could ask for. Directions were provided to find our way about town (even a wee map to help out those of us unfamiliar with the beautiful coastal town).

Have just spent Easter with Mandi and Berry at the Haven,the welcome,service and helpfulness was just as super as our first stay.The rooms continue to be kept spoless and needless to say we will be visiting again before the year is out.x

it is with amusement i read these comments about the haven hotel . we stayed there last year for a week and in that time our linnen was not changed or were our towels but were rolled up damp . the food was ok but we did find Mandy a little over bearing .having stayed with the previous owners we were very dissapointed with our last stay .we felt the quality was poor sorry to say we will not be returning to the Haven again
