“Excellent Hotel. Excellent Hosts. Excellent Location.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2010

Lovely holiday, stayed for 4 nights couldn't have been better. The owners Chris and Robert are friendly and helpful. Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. There is a nice bar and lovely garden with a terrace and duck pond. The hotel couldn't be better situated being a short walk to the harbour one way and short walk to the beach the other. Will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel was a great find. The room we stayed in was spotless with a nice view of the beautifully cared for gardens where it was lovely to sit and read or enjoy a glass of wine. Chris recommended some great places to visit and eat. We received a warm welcome and and great service during our stay and we would certainly return.

This is a decent hotel conveniently located for the harbour area and exceptionally clean. The hosts are very helpful and the breakfasts pretty good. On the downside the rooms tend to be quite small and the price that we paid - £50ppn for bed and breakfast - was expensive for the stay. The lack of an evening meal was a disadvantage.

Stayed with family here for four days. Everything about the hotel is to be commended. The owners are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Provided us with excellent recommendations for local eateries. Very clean, each room different. Rooms a little small. Very good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommended Will return.

First stayed at this hotel in July 04 for 3 nights and was a very nice experience. On our recent visit to this hotel we found that there had been a refurb and new owners. Our trip this time was unfortunately only for the 1 night but we were very pleased with the new look and once again had a very pleasant stay. My sister and I would hghly recommend that you visit this hotel due to its hgh standard in all areas. Cant wait to see the completed duck pond when we visit again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Ann and Pauline.Chandler, Birmingham.
