We have stayed here many times over the years and the standard of the accommodation and breakfast has always been first class. As well as being a superb cook, Dawn is a very friendly landlady and is always helpful and cheery.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Ashleigh House and have returned many times since. There is always a warm welcome to comfortable accommodation that is kept spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the food is very good.
You are treated with consideration by your host in an ever cheerful and friendly manner.
All of this within good striking distance to the sea, shops and attractions makes Ashleigh House a very satisfactory venue.

Bob and Leonie Watts and family.

Our stay at the Ashleigh House was great. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made us feel at home. Our family room was comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was wonderful. Location was good for a walk into the town and to the beach. We really like the romantic look the house has with its small turret and colourful garden. We will be definitely back.

The service at this hotel was excellent, dawn made us feel very welcome, the food was superb, after breakfast we did not have to eat for the rest of the day, we have stayed there as a couple 4 times and we even took our children and stayed in the family room, which are all very nice, the hotel is within walking distance from the centre of torquay so we did not have to use our car at all. we would recommend this hotel to everyone,

Have stayed here a lot.We have got to know Dawn the owner very well and she is
always genuinely pleased to see us.It is lovely and quiet but near enough to walk
into Torquay.Rooms are always clean & comfortable.Parking permits enable you
to park in the streets. The breakfasts are great, plenty of everything and enough
tea/coffee to float a battleship!!Love staying here when we are in Torquay.

Room Tip: Quiet location but easy enough to walk into town.
