My husband and I have just returned home after a weeks stay at the Beulah Apartments and we were delighted with our choice. We were in Torquay for the RS400 Nationals and booked the apartment as it said it was a couple of minutes walk from the harbour. The apartments are very central - if you walk out the front door and down the road you are in the town in a couple of minutes (look for the short cut by the Hole in the Wall Pub) and if you walk out the back door you come out at the back of the yacht club - very handy!! Despite being central it is very peaceful and the view over the church was lovely. We stayed in apartment number 6 which was nicely decorated and big enough for the two of us - you could probably stay there comfortably with one, maybe two young children as there was a single bed with a pull out bed in the bedroom. The apartment had everything we needed - the lauderette was particularly useful as we had wet sailing kit most days which needed rinsing and spinning. We felt that the price for the apartment was very reasonable given the close proximity to the harbour/town and the lovely apartment/surroundings. If there is another sailing event in Torbay we will definitely be back!
