Just returned from a 2 night stay at Sea Breezes and have to say that we feel like we've made a new friend. Ann (the owner) is a lovely lady, friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in her guests. The B & B itself is a nice clean, tidy, well decorated Victorian style house similar to many others in the area. The room we had (6) was a touch on the small side but had everything we required for a comfortable stay and had a lovely power shower in the en suite. There is handwash, shower gel and shampoo provided and a decent hairdryer in the bedroom drawer, so you could actually travel very light! Breakfast was well cooked and very appetising, there was a good choice of cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit available. We had no problems getting a parking bay right outside and the day permit that Ann provided only cost £3, excellent value. The walking from the door is great, we visited the Royal William Yard, got a water taxi to the Barbican and then walked back from there. We would highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a 'home from home' in an excellent location and at a very reasonable price.
Room 6 has twin beds and is at the back of the house, so no traffic noise at all.
