Visited this restaurant before going to the movie ''Bourne Legacy'' at the vue in Plymouth. Not a bad movie.
The restaurant is located like 200m from the retail park.
Nicely decorated, very modern feel and the bright changing lights made it feel a bit 'las vegas'.
The staff was friendly.
We decided to go for the set meal for 2....six courses for £40.
The starter was very nice, tender chunks of meat and flavourful, a touch of salt was needed.
The mains took a while to come out..........but we initally didnt mind..... because after eating the papadams and the starter we need a little break b4 the main meal.
When the mains came out, we were like....this is a lot of food.
The chicken rezella was tender and tasty. The lamb bhoona was also flavourful but thought the lamb was a bit tuff.
The vegetable side was also nice........ the sag pania had an odd taste to me, it was sweet..I thought it was a dessert at one point. My partner enjoyed it however.
There was so much food my partner had to have it packed so that it could be taken away.
Dessert was ice cream and the coffee was good, ....cream instead of milk.
The bill came with a shot of Bailey's irish cream. Nice touch.
So if you are very hungry and want to have a very tasty and leisurely meal go for the ''set meal for 2''.....defo value for money.
But if you in a rush made just go for the main straight away.
WIsh we had more time to sit and just eat...but we were rushing to catch the movie. We came in at 650pm and the left the restaurant at 820pm.
