This is a lovely charactersome cafe, almost the perfect place to pass some time between walks or during a rain shower. The home-made soup (Moroccan chick pea or lentil on the day we were there) is wonderful, The coffee is real and excellent. The cafe itself is basic but scrupulously clean. Wi-fi is provided. However, what marks this cafe out is its friendly, relaxed and slightly querky atmosphere. We could have spent the whole afternoon chatting with the owner and the other customers, but a coastal walk from the nearby church beckoned before sundown. Anybody have any idea how the cafe got its enigmatic name? Ask the owner!.
