We ( me and 2 mates) stayed for one night recently. Convenient for the city centre, great breakfast, very reasonably priced, What more could you ask for. If I (we) go back to Exeter I would definately stay here again.
One slight possible problem is parking. Whilst it wasn't a problem for us, it's street parking opposite, and although you get a residents permit, there weren't many spaces.
We were in a triple room (3 single beds) on the 3rd (or 4th ?) floor and the stairs were alittle steep so not great if you have mobility problems. The room coped comfortably with 3 adults. It wasn't en-suite but there was a shower and wash basin and the toilet was on directly outside so no great hardship.
