Just returned from having a Sunday lunch here. We went here by mistake after confusing it with another French Bistro, but what a great mistake it was!! Right from the start the waitresses couldn't have been more helpful. We were a group of 7 ( including 2 children) that had gone out for my mums birthday. They quickly sorted out a table for us with no fuss. The food is great quality Breton inspired fare. We ate and thoroughly enjoyed Liver parfait, salmon blinis, brioche with mushrooms, Duck confit with pus lentils, fish of the day ( cod or salmon so we had one of each) with Provençal style veg served in a really cool casserole pot, chicken tartin, and 2 different galettes some of which was washed down with Breton cidre. I didn't eat a dessert but the others shared a selection which I was assured tasted superb!
The prices are very reasonable. We spoke at length with the waitresses & kitchen staff - there is a hatch that you can look through into the kitchen & talk to the chefs, Talk to them!! Very friendly & they will happily chat.. I will definitely return and would happily recommend this a place to eat. Try It, I am sure that you wont be disappointed!
