Description: The Hub St Ives is situated in the heart of the town, we are a well established feature on the harbour front and an essential stop off for great coffee, fabulous cakes and amazing food. In the evening we are the ideal place for fantastic burgers or just to sip cocktails or sample one of our local and international craft beers and watch the world go by. We have a modern menu of really delicious burgers made in house from aged Cornish rare breed beef, a range of local seafood and seasonal specials. Our hot dogs are New York style but produced in the UK using 100% free range pork, oak smoked and seasoned with paprika, nutmeg & black pepper. Our burger and hot dog buns are produced by artisan 'Baker Tom' and delivered fresh everyday. As you can see our food is something we are fiercely proud of. Breakfast served between 10am and 11am Main menu served from 12noon Kitchen closes 9pm Bar open until late

“Hub Burger”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

The Hub has recently been refurbished, which I'm not sure if it is an enhancement on the old decor not. All that aside we picked the famous "Hub Burger " off the menu and weren't disappointed . A mammoth burger with bacon, cheese and all the trimmings. The chips were really tasty and all this for less than a tenner !,
For those that don't know the view from the hub is exceptional, and if you venture upstairs there are some balcony tables which have possibly the best view in St Ives.
The Hub carries a good range of Craft Beers, and gives fast efficient service with a smile.
A great place to meet friends, chill, drink and snack......

Really friendly staff, efficient service and lovely food. Had a big mack daddy and the fish was tender and fresh. Recommend as a lunch time treat and relax taking in the views of the sea front

“Really great!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

After watching the sun set we had left it late .....9.30 onwards to start to find somewhere to eat....
But at 9.55 this restaurant still was serving when all the others we tried were closing down!!

The food was excellent and definitely would recommend it

“Lovely food, needs to work on the service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

We had very high expectations of this place having looked at the brilliant website. The bar downstairs was dog friendly and they did accommodate the dogs by providing water, which was very kind. On the other hand we ordered our food at the bar, and it took around 45 minutes to arrived. The waitress did apologise, but we noticed other tables having the same difficulty with the wait for food. It wouldn't of been such an issue of we weren't on a timescale, the delay with the food meant we were unable to have a look around St Ives, so left us a little disappointed. The burgers themselves were very tasty with lots of flavour to the meat and the chips nice and rustic with a good amount of crispness! The burger bun was also well selected. Next time we would like to be told how long the wait for food is when we ordered or even whilst we were waiting some communication would of been appreciated.
