We stayed here on a Sunday evening in April. The room was great, clean and simply furnished and the bathroom was very clean - worth pointing out that the rooms are up either one or two flights of stairs. Access is either through the pub or through a sidedoor. The breakfast was served in the pub and was very good indeed. We would definitely return. Obviously no parking but there are plenty of car parks available. The food in the pub looked really good too.

Lovely clean and comfortable seaside themed room. Excellent breakfasts and great location - 2 minutes walk to St Ives Harbour, restaurants and shops. We had a great weeks stay here and would definitely recommend to others.
(Do be aware there is no lift and parking is at the station 5 mins walk away)

Really friendly staff that went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent as its only a two minute walk to the harbour. However, Queens Hotel really is a pub with bedrooms. If you book knowing that it may be noisy at times and has a rustic feel then you won't be disappointed when you arrive. Rooms could do with a lick of paint but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the street would be quieter

The Bar staff were pleasant and friendly and the location was good but we were disappointed in the uncomfortable beds which were lumpy the pillows which were bumpy and the heat of the room. The breakfast was adequate but the smell of disinfectant was off putting. Due to the poor nights sleep we and our guests had we all felt extremely tired the next day which marred it a little.

Booked on recommendation by a friend who had stayed previously and knew we wanted something central. We arrived early in the morning by train and left our bags behind the bar before our room was ready. Our room had a king sized bed and en-suite shower room, not massive but everything we needed. It overlooked the main street but had double glazing and was very quiet. Bed comfy and we slept very well. Breakfast was served in the bar and was of excellent quality. Service was very good too from all the people we came into contact with. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again next time we are in St Ives.

Everything about this hotel was easy, straight forward and good value for money. Our room was excellent and more importantly the bed so comfortable I had a brilliant nights sleep. The breakfast was also lovely and freshly cooked with tea and coffee being topped up as we waited.....Staff were also very attentive and nothing was too much trouble! I would definately book again on our next visit St.Ives.....

Had a lovely meal here. Had the beef brisket and lamb shoulder. Both meals were really tasty and good unobtrusive service. Really lovely chips with the beef. Thought from the outside it would not be good meal and just wanted something quick, so pleasantly surprised.
