We were in Penzance on a short day visit and saw Waves as we wandered around..we weren't looking for lunch, just a simple bite to eat that was 'easy and light' . We sat outside in some wonderful sunshine and were offered a menu immediately. We eventually chose a couple of soft drinks with some very good home made carrot cake and a slice of home made Bakewell Tart which we both enjoyed. Everything looked clean and smart in the cafe itself, and the staff were very pleasant, especially our waitress who deserves a mention as all the young male waiters steal all the good reviews. So here is your mention!! Very efficient and nicely chatty; there was some banter going on between the staff which was amusing.
The rest of the menu with panninis and baguettes plus other normal cafe choices looked interesting...overall a very pleasant visit.
