My children and I (aged 8 and 5 years) stayed at Newquay Breaks for a three night break in July. The couple who run the B&B have just set it all up - and it was great!

The room and ensuite was lovely, chilled and really clean. The bed was extremely comfortabe (and hand made!) Breakfast was great, plenty of it and good home cooking. The owners (Andy and Jan) knew a lot about the local area, helped us plan days out, booked our tickets for the Eden project and could recommend some good places to eat in the evenings. They also helped to
advise us on where to get surfing gear and just went out of their way to help make our holiday a relaxing one. My sons loved staying there. It was a good family place to stay and we were made really welcome.

The B&B was about five minutes walk from the beach, so we easily managed surf boards, buckets and spades without having to get in the car. This was brilliant because it's not always easy to park near the beach. The surf was great for kids and there was plenty of rock pooling and a cafe nearby to keep us entertained.

I was really keen to give my sons a special start to our summer holiday. We had a really good time and this was largly because of the warm welcome and comfortable stay we enjoyed at Newquay Breaks B&B. I'd thoroughly recommend it.
