“What you would expect...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

Having never been to a Walkabout before, this experience was pretty much what I expected. The staff were friendly enough and the food (for the price of it) was fine - burgers, fries, sandwiches etc - all for a very reasonable price, and reasonably tasty for mass-produced food.

The view at the back of the building where we sat was spectacular, and the music and televisions were a complimentary addition, as was the free wi-fi. Would visit again for a cheap and tasty meal when on a budget.

“walkabout walkpast”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

the two out of five is only for the night time the food and staff is what this score is based on. If u like long waits for slow drab food and like looking at your half eaten plate with staff that look in the other dircetion when they talk to u, or know your waiting and just walk off and leave u on the bar as they hasve little chats in the back. Not for me

“Is worth a visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013 via mobile

Nice place, good food and service but bit empty this time of year. Lovely view of the sea and "the biggest tv i have ever see" (quoting my partner). There is at least 16 screens all together.

“Locals' Favorite, Bands-Open Mike Night-Dancing, Footie Big Screen”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

This is actually a member of a chain establishment. This location has a lovely view of the sea out on the back patio. The food is good. The atmosphere of the place if a group of people want to go out for music and dancing for an evening is good. There is a large screen and when football games are on, people come here to watch the games. This is another fave locals' hang-out. The staff here were very nice. It was fun to listen to a few of the bands who were up on stage for open-mike as they were good, but different to the type of music usually on the stage.
