“Exquisite and delightful - gardens & cafe.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Whatever the season, Trebah is worth a visit.
Cheaper entry prices to tempt you in off-season, and a garden and gift shop witha graet selection of plants to buy.
The gardens are an utter delight: in a sheltered valley and meandering down to the Fal estuary - the beach has connections with World War 2 manoeuvres.
The Cafe is such a delight and pleasure: convivial setting, the garden's plantings and outside light flood in along the longest wall, with large picture windows and a balcony area for outside dining.
Many of the smaller wild birds are unafraid of joining you - hoping for crumb-falls from your delicious food.

The menu is extensive, portions very generous and SO, SO scrumptious.

We've enjoyed Trebah Gardens and Cafe/Restaurant many times!!

****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****

“Brilliant find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Found this quite by accident as we were looking for the National Trust gardens, this is virtually next door and walkable. ( there is a footpath on the opposite side of the road as there are none on the actual road itself). We went by bus and if you show the bus ticket you get in half price, so great value for money. To be honest the roads to get there are so narrow and un passable in places, the bus was a good choice. Lovely gardens, fantastic restaurant selling quality, reasonably priced homemade food ( you can go into the restaurant even if you're not visiting the gardens). Good shops too.

“Wonderful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Spend a lovely day in the gardens. Although late Feb there was plenty of colour. Each corner you turned there was another fabulous vista. Food (fish and chips) was superb and worth a visit for the meal alone.

“Blooming marvellous afternoon at Trebah Garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Just spent a lovely afternoon at Trebah and despite a short snow flurry there was lots in bloom. Daffs, snowdrops, camellias, Rhodies, crocuses, miniature cyclamen and a huge pink magnolia all brightened a dull February afternoon. Can't wait to see the garden develop and bloom with the seasons. All topped off with gorgeous hot chocolate and some home made cookies in the cafe. Well worth a visit and incredibly good value at only £4 entry.
