“Great place for lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

This was a great find in Falmouth on a very wet day in May. We both had sandwiches and ordered sides as well but realised with the extras on board the sandwich platters (huge portions) we were certainly going to be stuffed. The service was great, food was fantastic (all cooked and prepared fresh to order) and we will definitely go back the next time in Falmouth. Great views of the harbour from the windows in the upstairs area.

“one of the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

I cannot believe one of the reviews for this place. When we went ( Friday before the BANK HOLIDAY) the chef looked very clean and we were seated and served immediately. Other people came in after us and the same for them. We had a fantastic view of the sea and the boats from our window and the other one was the same . We were starving and the food was so good and filling My husband had a burger and chips which was huge and I had a lovely lasagne which came with bread..Excellent We would have no hesitation in going to eat there again Well done. Sorry, I cannot answer all of the questions because I don't know the answers.

“2nd time here, still amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

Went here for a surprise anniversary meal because it's my favourite restaurant in Falmouth and it did not disappoint again! I had Cornish scallops on a black squid ink risotto with parmesan and truffle oil - I literally could have had this for starter, main, dessert and more. The flavours were incredible and it's always so lovely to be able to have huge, fresh scallops from the area. I had the treehouse paella for main, with huge prawns, mussels and white fish. One thing they did which goes to show how much they care for their customers and their attention to detail. I have a gluten free diet, and they replaced the chorizo with chicken in the paella and the chef actually cooked gluten free garlic bread which was still warm when it came out - such a delight!! I would recommend this place so so much. It is such a gem, and so cosy. Was nice to sit by the window in the evening and for it not to be dark this time as well. Waitress again, was lovely. Hugely recommend.

“Fabulous food with great views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

We had a lovely lunch - a sandwich, a jacket potato and two cream teas with enormous scones between four of us.

The food was delicious, the fruit smoothies yummy and we had a fantastic view over the boats and water.
