“Adjacent to Northgate”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

This is a quiet property on the edge of town almost adjacent to Northgate and two minute walk from town. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast options allowed for vegetarians. Price is very good based on location to the city. WiFi is available in all the rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

This B&B is situated just in the right place,a short walk from the town, where you can see the most beautiful buildings. The room was pleasant and clean, shower room was long and thin but a good size. The hosts were very nice, asked if we had any special diet needs etc.they also were very helpful.Breakfast was good, juice, cereal, toast, full english, tea or coffee. We only had one problem we were in room 5,ground floor next to front door where guest sometimes let the door slam on coming in or going out, plus its on the main road. But on the whole our stay was good, certainly visit again.

Excellent B and B within 10 minutes of Chester city centre. I stayed there as I ran the marathon on the Sunday, and their first enquiry was whether I had any special breakfast requirements. Room lovely and clean, breakfast suitably calorie filled for me. I'd go back again.

It was hard to find because St Anne's Street is split in too but the housekeeper guided us in. Definitely not a 4 min walk from the train station. However it is perfect for the city - it's just around the corner

The breakfast was excellent.

Rooms clean

Great service and hospitality

Free wifi

I stayed here with two friends recently after a trip to the races and would definitely stay again! We were greeted with a very warm reception and the room was very sufficient for a nights stay. It's brilliantly central and ideal if you want to see the sights of Chester or have a night out! The breakfast was great and the service fantastic. Perfect !!

We stayed here just for 1 night after visiting chester zoo and was fine for what we needed, was in a great location and close to everything. The owners were nice and very welcoming, the room was a liitle cramped in my opinion but was clean but our room was next to the breakfast room and we were woken up by the noise from here. If i could i'd prob give this place a 3.5 rating but don't think it merits a 4!
