My wife booked a family table for 6pm for a Father's Day meal, 7 adults and 3 children under six. We arrived at about 5.50 to be told that our table wasn't ready so we were seated in the very cramped lounge area. At about 6.40 our table was ready, seats not clean, view of some skips heaving with rubbish. Long wait for our food, kids very bored and restless, generally not a good spec. When the food eventually arrived it was very good though not as stated in the menu. Veg was substituted for whatever was available. No vanilla ice cream available for dessert. No one runs out of vanilla, but they did.. I'd go again but not when it is expected to be busy. Some serious attention required here, this is not a cheap restaurant but the management are not up to it. As ever, the serving staff are very attentive and enthusiastic.
