I went here with my wife not really knowing what to expect. Very good 1st impression's, modern interior, traditionally dressed man on the door and good location next to the cannal. Waiter was quick too us and polite. The menue was bafaling at first as it is printed on both sides and not obviously so.
Found the usual dishes and many new ones and we were able to select new and traditional dishes. we were very pleased with what we got, prompt, warm, tasty and good portions. We had a normal nan, others had the large which is the size of two lap tops and ideal if 4/6 are shearing.
All in all a very good experience finished off with a rose being handed to my wife.Quite a noisy place, being big and open but that should not put you off unless you intend to pop the question!
Shame I have to wait till March before I am back in the area. One of hte best Indian meals I have experienced and with a bottlee of wine came to £45 inc tip (no starters)
