Stayed here for one night in the King's side of the hotel (Malcolm III). Can't complain about anything. The room was very nice, quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could expect.
Breakfast was fine and the meal we had at a corporate function in the evening was really good too.
Car parking was easy and Chester rail station is literally over the road. The only reservation I would have about staying here to visit Chester itself is that it is some way from the town centre. I'm sure this isn't insurmountable but if you're looking for a hotel close to everything that Chester has to offer, you might want to have a look at other options before deciding.
