Lovely old buildings and facinating history. Even if you are not a regular church attender try an evening service in the chapel - just magical!

“Beautiful historical place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

Highly recommend a visit here. Beautiful surroundings in a historical setting. Great to walk around and drink the atmosphere whilst remembering that people have walked around here for centuries. The chapel is beautiful and if you get a chance to go to a concert there, seize it!

“Beautiful College”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2012

The second largest Cambridge College. Walk through all the old courts, visit the spectacular college chapel, cross the river onto the backs via Kitchen Bridge so as to get a lovely view of The Bridge of Sighs and New Court "The Wedding Cake". There is a small entry charge (eg £4 for adults) if you are not a member of college but well worth it as St John's probably has got the most to see of all the colleges..

“awful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012

Although I work for the University, and after showing my business card, the guy in the door said that I couldn't go in for free because University of Cambridge is not the same that Cambridge University... I felt extremely dissapointed.
