“Family welcoming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We had an amazing stay at the hostel. The place welcomes families and staff is truly friendly, always drawing a smile on their faces. Premises have all what you need and a massive breakfast it is served every morning.
It was very quiet even though was so busy and the most important, the cleanliness. the whole place seems to be cleaned every hour...
100% recommended.

Room Tip: Private rooms are perfect for families.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and appropriate for the price. The pizzas in the evening could have been better though! It took only 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Cambridge by foot. Parking during the week might be a problem but we stayed only for a Sunday when parking was free.

I had a great stay at YHA Cambridge. The hostel was very comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location only a few minutes from the station and into the city. Food was tasty and the self catering areas were nice and modern and kept in very good condition. Overall I think it's great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Highly recomended, hastle free, booked a taxi for me on arrival, helpful and friendly staff (including giving me a spare room key), tasty and cheap breakfast, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Great value for money.

A short walk from the station and a brand brief stroll from the center. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities of a high standard. The food was very good as well. I would definitely stay again. My only criticism is that there were no hooks or anything to hang clothes on in our room (private double).

We received a very welcome reception at this well designed and conveniently placed YHA. Recently refurbished everything was spot on and the cafe bar feel worked well for an evening snack and drink around beautiful wooden tables.
In a private room for five we had a very comfortable quiet nights sleep. Thanks.

I stayed at this hostel during my stay in Cambridge. I chose this place as its location is very conveniently located close to Cambridge train station. So, if I want to travel to other towns, especially London, I just need to walk for less than 5 minutes to the station and off I go :)
It is also walking distance to the city centre. It took around 12 minute walk to the city centre.

During my stay over there, I found that this place was also convenient for family or children in groups.

The downside of this place is only you need to pay small extra for internet, and the WiFi connection is only available at the lounge room/common area.

Room Tip: Choose the first floor rooms closer to the lounge room, so you can have better WiFi access in your b...
