I recently made a mid-week business trip to Cambridge and chose this hotel due to its location. I agree with other reviews that the bedrooms are tired and dated, threadbare carpet etc but the room was clean and comfy. The general area's downstairs are ok though and the staff friendly and helpful. However, my main compaint is that I wasn't able to sleep until 4.30am due to the noise on the street directly outside the hotel. I did call down to reception at 3am and they offered to move me but I was getting up at 6am anyway. They also said they had spoken to the group outside the hotel but it didn't make any difference. Sorry, but wouldn't stay again or recommend to anyone else.
