“Good day out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

Have been here a few times and a few birthday parties too. I ust say the indoor area is vastly improved from my last visit, the slide for the kids are excellemt and they nevr get tired of throwing themselves down the sheer drop (blue slide) with all the other kids. The pricing is reasonable and the outdoor play area is great, bring a picnic and its a noce day out for all the family. Pick a nice day though otherwise it is a tad miserable. Feed of the aniomals keep the young ones entertained with questions and visuals. If you little one is invited to a party there , do stay and occapany them , it is too vast for one person to look after all the children once they have left the party room , call me paranoid but the little gate thru the gift shop then out into the car park is easy for any child to get lost or wonder off whilst looking at what they would like to buy ! nice day out and often they have many activities throughout the year so keep an eye on thier website if you are looking for things to do in the school holidays.

“Loads to do, can get a full day out of it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012 via mobile

The price to get in seems expensive but when you see what they have there, you can understand the prices. There is a fantastic indoor play barn and a big outdoor play area with loads of climbing stuff. There are ride-on toy tractors and of course lots of animals. as it was half term yesterday there was a magic show and pumpkin carving.
The cafe and eating area is in the play barn so you can grab a table and have a coffee while the kids play. It is all reassuringly clean.
Shame you are forced to walk through the gift shop to exit.

“Dear little place. Perfect for children”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

Whatever age you are, they are pleased to see you. There are farm animals the children can get up close to. Best of all, they have a rare breeds breeding section.

“Fun afternoon, but overpriced”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

We arrived at 1pm and paid £44 for 1 adult and 3 children aged 9,7 and 3. The cost was a bit of a shock!
We had a lovely afternoon as the weather was pleasant and the company we went with good fun. However, since we were last there several years ago, there seem to be more play areas and less animals. We could go anywhere for a play area, without having to pay such a hefty price.
So overall a lovely afternoon, but due to the cost we won't return in a hurry as there are better attraction out there for the money.

“fun day out.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

i visited with my two daughters, niece and my nephew who has special needs.we decided to go on a spur of the moment one sunny saturday in june. my nephew was really excited. i have been before when i helped out with a school trip. its very well planned out,and theres lots of animals to see.you can ride on the tractor for free its best to check the times as queues can form quickly. the girls fed the sheep as my nephew was a bit a frightened of them.we packed a lunch which is better as there are lots of seating areas.very good hand washing facilities at every animal point.theres pedal go karts for the kids to go on free.would definetly go again.it wheres the kids out with the fresh air!.PLENTY TO DO.
