“Didn't enjoy this experience - but”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

I am usually a very big fan and supporter of Premier and in my experience this is very much the exception and not the norm.
When things do go wrong, it seems it all happens at once.
This is the first time I have called on the "Premier good nights sleep guarantee", there was no quibble they immediately told me that it had been credited to the card and that's why I have given it a 3 rather than a 1.
It's natural that Things can go wrong but it's how it's dealt with that matters, this was dealt with perfectly.
What was wrong, the heating wouldn't turn up and it was cold. There was noise in the night from room next door and room above. And very unusually bed was not comfy.
Be careful if parking outside, there is a charge to midnight and if arriving before 6pm it is quite complicated to get ticket from 6-12 and they do give parking fines!

Rooms were great but way too Hot and even after switching heater to summer mode thermostat remained at 27 degrees, Window only opened 6 inches and at night the side road was too noisy to keep window open.

I have stayed in this hotel about a dozen times, usually for concerts at the Colston Hall or The Fleece or for a weekend break. Consistently good quality. Lovely staff. Very handy for the City and St Nicholas Market. It is situated in one of the oldest and most beautiful pubs in Bristol. I have become a huge fan of Premier Inns over the last few years and have found them consistently reliable, comfortable and good value.

We came to Bristol on a girls weekend stayed 2 nights Friday and Saturday. Both rooms were clean and plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Close to harbourside and 10mins walk into city centre. Great hotel!

Stayed last Saturday for birthday party in centre of Bristol so this was perfectly placed. Gods service and good room as we have become accustomed to with Premier. Under £50 represents excellent value.
Street parking available but you need to make sure you read the tariff very carefully. Local NCP costs £20 for 24 hours.
