We decided to try this restaurant based on the great reviews- wonderful warm service from booking a table, to bar service, all the way through to the table service.
The food was excellent - My husband ordered the calamari as a starter and it was a very generous size-most restaurants in Bristol just give you 5 or 6 pieces, but this was at least 20 pieces of lovely fresh Calamari. I had the Caprese al bacio - beautifully presented and delicious. My husband had a 9oz steak for main course and I had chicken with red onions, goats cheese and parma ham. Again very well presented on the plates and both were excellent. Our friends had steak and the seafood Linguine - again the pasta was a very generous portion. Desserts were also lovely. Despite being very busy, the food came out perfectly, and the service was attentive and most importantly, always friendly. All in all, highly recommended - we look forward to going again very soon we hope!
