My partner and I stayed here at the beginning of November before a flight from Bristol airport. Our sat nav sent us on an obscure route but when we arrived we found Hathway House within 5 minutes although I feel the signage could be improved upon. We were met at the door by a friend of the owner who didn't seem to know a great deal but let us into the compact double room which had all the facilities required with the exception of somewhere to put your bags where you won't fall over them. The shower doors were dirty on the inside, both the bathroom fan and bedroom light were thick with dust, the bedside light did not work and there was a strange metal card holder (empty) on the 1 bedside which was also filled with dust.
I had a terrible night sleep partly due to being beneath a flight path but also because the wall between the 2 rooms is not particularly thick and I could hear every word of the conversation taking place next door.
On the plus side the heating was on when we arrived, the stay and parking for 3 days was very reasonable and the distance to the airport was so good we could walk in just just under 10 minutes.
You get what you pay for but I wouldnt stay again due to the cleanliness and a sneaking suspicion that our car was used whilst we were away due to a broken wing mirror, marks on the inside of the windows and a reset milometer. Unfortunately these were not noticed until late the following day as it was dark when we collected.
