We did not stay at the inn but ate at the restaurant located on the premises. Our meal was a four-course table d'hôte prepared from local produce.
Words cannot describe the excellence and perfection of the dishes. Of particular heights were two desserts made with maple syrup, one a crème brulée and the other a home-made sweet maple ice cream.
Definitely worth a stopover.
