My wife and I were visiting Victoria for a couple of days and we decided to sqeeze-in a city tour as well as Butchart Gardens. Our tour to Butchart Gardens lasted until 8:30 pm we decided to eat at one of the on-site restaurants called "The Dinning Room". Much to our surprise we were introduced to one of the best dinning experience of my entire life. We ordered a local wine which was a Pinot Grigio from Mission Hill winery on Vancouver Island. We split a ceasar salad. I had local wild coho salmon and my wife had grilled pork chop. Both dishes were very tasty and supplemented with delicious side dishes. Of course, the location with the view of the gardens is beyond comparison. To make the experience even more special the service was top notch.
