My family and I decided to take the plunge and try sea kayaking. We booked a day trip with Powell River Sea Kayaking to Desolation Sound. What a great trip! The scenery was magnificent, the water was calm, we had great weather and Trevor was a fabulous guide. We were total beginners and he helped us every step of the way. The kayaks were easy to use. We could see sea stars and moon jelly fish in the water, a seal was following us for awhile, we saw bald eagles.
