After 2 weeks travelling round BC staying in hotels, it was so nice to have our own little place to chill out in for the last few nights of our honeymoon. We loved the island, so peaceful, and Ralph and Rockys tips on what to see and do were spot on. The islands few shops had everythign we needed for a BBQ, which we did several nights, as it was a perfect way to end the day, watching the humming birds and swallows etc flit about, glass of wine in hand, no driving home to think about. The apartment was well appointed, and very cosy, and Rockys peacn bread treat was delicious. The bottle of wine they gave us for our honey came home with us and was delicious to sip while looking through the photos. No complaints, would definately stay again if we are every lucky enough to return. Galiano is a real gem of an island, and we have the most amazing memories of our time there. Do climb the mountain, on a clear day, the view is worth it!
