good location and large and quiet suites. However front desk did not fix the toilet and they ran out of pillows! For an older guest they would have trouble getting out of the oversized tubs as there are no supports. The walls had no pictures and no instructions on how to turn on the fireplace. The kitchen and in-suite laundry were a nice touch. A good family hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel, especially for the price! All of the rooms are suites, and ours was very spacious, with a full kitchen, and it was really handy to have the in-room washer and dryer. Every room has a fireplace, which is really romantic. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is because there was no in-hotel gift shop, pool or continental breakfast. However, room service was great, and we ate at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was supurb! The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in the Greater Vancouver area, it was spacious, clean, romantic, perfect for families. The amenities were awesome, from full kitchen amenities and I mean full, from the dishwasher to the full size fridge and stove, place settings for 4 and pots pans, and a toaster. The bathtub was very spacious, can fill it up to your neck if you wanted to. The living room was large and spacious the fireplace was wonderful very romantic. These suites are ideal for family as there is a completely separate bedroom. (To get away from the kids). This hotel would even be great for sport teams because of the washer and dryer in each room. There is also a balcony in every room, and the view is beautiful. There is also a Moxies Classic Grill on site with very good and very reasonably priced food. They also have free parking on site some of which is secure under ground. They are also within walking distance from the Guildford Mall. I am usually very picky as to where I stay and really could not find one single thing wrong with this hotel.

Exceeded expectations. I usually don't sleep well with my kids in a your typical overpriced hotel room, but at this hotel I slept well and felt like I was on vacation even though I was on what is normally an exhausting school trip. Room was great, and bonus of friendly staff with fast, caring service. Great for kids' trips but I'd stay there in a flash for any reason. Large, comfortable, clean new suites, separate bedroom with second tv. Your own washer & dryer, small but convenient. Full size spotless kitchen, better than mine. Gas fire place. Secure underground parking. About half a block from Guildford mall. Make sure you follow specific directions to figure out how to access from 151st, worth it once you figure it out.
