“Very friendly staff and good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

I have stayed here a number of times in the past, usually for two or three nights at a time.

Rooms are nice clean and basic en suite with some having a very nice view over the promenade. It is also nice to sit on the decking each morning while having breakfast looking out onto the sea.

Basic and clean well located hotel. It is quite near a lot of seafront restaurants etc but at the same time is nice and quiet.

The staff certainly get a thumbs up from me for helpfulness and friendliness

Room Tip: Ask for high floor overlooking the sea

Stayed 2 nights. Upon checking in, they gave us a room on the 5th floor with wonderful views but an hour or so later the air-con broke down so moved to a room on the 3rd floor with not so good views. However, both rooms are clean and comfortable (except for the air raid siren type extractor fan in the bathroom LOL).
The hotel itself doesn't really have any other facilites other than a 'pay for' breakfast. Avoid the breakfast as the western one is rather sub standard and the rice soup plain. Also 200 Baht which is hefty for this town.
Nearby the hotel is a good small restaurant at the entrance to the hotel car park across the road, quality food Japanese and Thai and way cheaper than the hotel. Also to the left out of the back of hotel and about 100 metres is Ciao Restaurant which serves up some rather good Italian food. Pizzas are excellent and the sauces used over meat dishes are exquisite.
The location is fine as you are basically in the town centre and next to the beach too. 7/11, Tesco express, Local market + several banks are within a 7 minute walk.
Yes, I would stop there again but no I woudln't have the breakfast. At 700 - 800 Baht this is a nice stopover for a couple of nights and Prachuap Kiri Kan is worth the visit.

Room Tip: 5th Floor North Facing rooms.

Not too cheap but well located on the seaboard. Very helpful owners. Good scooters for rent. Small on charm but goes a long way for convenience. Nice view from the rooms. A very decent compromise for a short stay. Family-friendly place.

I have just stayed here for 5 nights and I loved the hotel, the owners and staff. Nothing was too hard for them and Tum and her husband went out of there way to help me and made me feel very comfortable staying there. There recommendations are perfect both for where to eat and what to see.
I went to the Burma boarder market on the Saturday with a lady who has a small tour office a few shops down from the hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
My room was on the 5th floor, the view's are to die for and the rooms are large, with TV, fridge including bottled water, excellent wifi and great shower.
I will definitely be back to here.

Stayed here for the first time . First it is such a great location as it is right on the beach so it is quite relaxing to sit at the balcony watching the sea. The hotel price is really cheap -just about 25 USD for a night with free internet wifi. Connection is strong on every floor. The room is small basic but clean enought . The hot shower did not work when i stayed there but not a big deal for me as i don't like hot shower anyway. There is cable TV with some english channels and local channels which is fine. The hotel does not have sport facilities like swimming pool and fitness center - but i guess you could do the run along the beach !

Overall it is a nice quiet stay so if you are on a budget, it is a definitely good place for stay.
It is a 2 star hotels so you don't expect luxury here. Staff are nice and kind so that is also a plus.

Room Tip: higer floor has better view of the beach

A pleasant place with clean rooms, some of them with amazing views over the bay of Prachuap Khiri Khan. The staff is friendly and professional. A couple of French tourists staying there addressed others - foreigners and Thais alike- in their mother tongue. What a strange behavior.

The hotel was located in a prime position on the seafront and for our money we got a 5th floor room with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was very basic but the beds were really comfortable and the WiFi access was particularly good. There was a lady in reception who was extremely helpful and nice.
