We were a little hesitant at first to stick around, as there were no tables to be had when we walked in. But, the staff (Jordan and Dave) were very up-front on the expected wait, and we decided to stick around and eat at the bar. This was the best decision we could have made. Jordan and Dave were absolutely amazing with the way that they handled the crowd and made sure everyone was taken care of. Despite the fact that they were flying around the restaurant trying to keep up with all the tables, they took every bit of it in stride and with an absolutely amazing attitude. They know how to do their jobs about as well as I could imagine. They both deserve a raise! As for the food, it was also very good and had some unique twists, although the prices are a little steep. This place gets busy, so higher-maintenance baby-boomer types (of which we counted a few) may get frustrated with the wait despite the honest and good-natured staff. But, for anyone else, a visit is highly recommended if you find yourself in Field.
