“excellent location and Kudos for great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

We stayed there just before the labor day weekend (wed thru friday) along with our 3months old son and loved the way we have been served through out. It was our first trip to mont trembland and would recommend this hotel to family going for first time. breakfast buffet was excellent, nice and clean rooms. everytime we called the room service it was right at our door in minutes even during the midnight. We stayed there for 2nights to get a 20% discounted rates. we will go again for residence inn marriot If need to choose between homewood suites and residence inn mont trembland in terms of location , service and nicely renovated suite rooms.

I stayed at this hotel over labour day weekend for a girls getaway. I have to say the plae is charming the location was fantastic; right in the middle of the pedestrian village. Rooms were clean and the kitchen in the room was awesome! We brought our own snaks and tea and had a blast!

The only complaint I have is that this hotel is for u if well.... Ur really quiet because they close the terrace at 11pm! U can't be outside at all! We ha to move to our balcony at 11 because it was officially closed! Also, at night it gets cold so they have a little fire going on but here's the thing....there's only one! Ppl were waitin on each other to sit around it! I even had someone come ask how long I would be there! So rude!!!

But hey overall we had a great time. It was 300 bucks a night but 3 ppl or more it's worth the cash!

Stayed here for four nights with the family in August - we had a great vacation in Mont Tremblant. I can't say enough good things about the management and staff here. Front desk was professional and helpful. The maintenance guy halled our luggage up to the room, then literally walked my car into the parking garage. We needed a spot for our SUV with rooftop box, and they had a level dedicated for this. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath suite and it worked well for our family of 5. The extra bath was big help. Room was in good condition - I stayed on the bedroom on the loft, the mattress could have been better, but maybe more my issue since hotel said they were changed 2 years ago. Breakfast is pretty much a mad rush between 830-10a, so eat early if you can. Despite the chaos, the breakfast room staff somehow keep the buffet stocked and clean. They do a great job of keeping breakfast going - you will appreciate the job they do when you see it in person. Buffet is well stocked with eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, bagels, cereal - something for everybody. My kids used the pool and jacuzzi too, a popular late pm hangout. We received complimentary tickets to gondola and beach. The beach is nothing special, but we rode the gondola twice. For US visitors, ATM's in didnt work with our cards, everyone takes credit cards and US dollars - go to a bank ATM before you reach the village (or you can get it at the Casino) if you need canadian cash. Best value in the whole town - the freeze pops at the general store - $0.56 each.

Room Tip: if you are a family of 5 - get the 2bd suite - it will make life a bit more pleasant - eat breakfast...

Family of five. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, very spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen. Plusses are: hot buffet breakfast, afternoon snacks (some days only), free wifi, pool, hot tubs, central location. Staff were courteous and get 5 stars after having given my car battery a boost. Can't go wrong here. Recommend a quiet room on the east side of the building. Park offsite at S2 for free.

Room Tip: Rooms on east side are quietest.

This trip was to spend time together and have fun and the location of this hotel really helped out. It is in a perfect location, in the middle of everything and our room was just perfect. We also tried the hot tub and that was a great time also :)

We were in Mt. Tremblant during summer and we loved the place. The location of the hotel was great - just a few meters away from the lower station of the cabriolet, what enabled us to enjoy the place much better. The rooms are big, the hotel structure is very nice. The staff is very friendly and there are complimentary snacks every afternoon offered to the guests. Nice pool, but the jacuzzi is better (there are two). I really reccommend this place!

This hotel is located right at the bottom of the mont but within very easy 2 minute walk to the mini cable car which takes you to the main ski rental area, shops, restaurants, caffees and the little performance stage. It is from there that you get the lift up the slopes! The hotel itself is fine. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, kitchenette area and nice bathrooms with shower / bath. The breakfast was basic to say the least but then again there are a number of cosy, local eateries nearby so this didn't matter to us. There is a communal washing machine and a table dryer at very affordable rates. Another thing to note is that there is free parking within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. There is self parking at the hotel as well but I believe they charge for it so after dropping our bags we have parked our rental car in the free car park. All in all great value for money (remember mont tremblnt hotels get extremely pricey during the peak season) nice hotel, would definitely stay here again!
