Drove up to Sauver for ribs on the advise of a friend. We were a party of 4. Three of us ordered the ribs ... and the fourth ordered the brisket sandwich. The ribs were outstanding as was the brisket sandwich. Only complaint was that the whole rack didn't seem too ample ... or it might have been that it was so good that I just wolfed it down. Forget about the local pretenders that advertise great ribs. It's worth the 45 minute drive from Montreal for these babies. I smoke my own ribs so I know of which I speak.
