When travelling back to Ontario from Nova Scotia, we stopped in Edmundston for the night. The woman at the hotel recommended Le Patrimoine and it did not disappoint. It was a lovely, rustic, large old house that has been turned into a charming restaurant. They had gluten-free pizza crust, which was very surprising, but most welcome, which allowed us to eat somewhere other than Boston Pizza. The house salad dressing was amazing and there's no wonder they sell it by the bottle. The pizza toppings were delicious and the GF crust was as well. They have delicious choices of toppings and different sauces, which is a nice change from the chain restaurants. Our server, René was most helpful. I recommend calling for a reservation though, it was very busy and we almost didn't get in.

Thank you for taking the time to place a review, yes we have introduced the gluten free crust in December and it has been a hit. Anytime you pass by stop for a good gluten free pizza.
