A friend and I had booked the loft style cabin room with a queen sized bed and a pull out couch. When we pulled out the couch/bed it was full of dead flys - gross! The upstairs volume button was broken on the t.v, no remote. The kitchen sink was leaking on the third day, called the handyman to come fix it and he did but we were left with no hot water. Called him again then we had no cold water in the kitchen. We had booked for 6 nights and were supplied with one roll of 1 ply toilet paper, and when I asked for more they did not come by on the day they said they would. I had to call them and the lady at the front desk was not very helpful, no apology or reasoning why. Poor hotel, I had a better stay at the Wolfs Den for half the price the previous year.
