“Best place in Radium Hot Springs, hands down.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We stumbled upon this great place when we decided to take a break from camping during a long road trip. Great location, clean rooms, welcoming staff, perfect rates. I WILL stay here again next time I find myself in this neck of the woods. Don't hesitate to make this your first choice...you won't regret it.

The title says it all. The owners/staff ate super friendly. Don't expect the Ritz or Four Seasons. Basically a roadside motel that has been renovated. Rooms are small but clean. There are
No elevators so be prepared to climb a set of stairs with luggage.

In the am, Kicking Horse Coffee and hot baked muffins! A fantastic value. 5 minutes from the entrance to Kootenay National Park!

My wife and I spent one night here during our Canadian Rockies road trip. As others have said, it's clean and comes at a reasonable price compared to other properties this area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There are several nearby places to eat that were fine. If you don't need upper end accommodations, give this one a look.

Very clean room, comfy for a family of 4, muffins and coffee for breakfast on the patio, free of charge beach towels to use at hot springs pool, very quite, we can't believe our eyes when deer walked along. Friendly hosts, give us good advice for walk arounds. Good choice for the money.

After a two week road trip, we decided to stay the last two nights in Radium. We had no reservation, and just happened to get in on a cancellation! We were more than pleasently surprised with this "motel"! They are slowly re-doing all the rooms, and the one we had was very nice! Huge flat screen, crisp white bedding, a separate bedroom for our two year old, beautiful bathroom, cute little sofa, and a fridge and microwave!
They also have a patio area that has enough seating for at least 15 -20 guests to enjoy a glass of wine, or dinner cooked on one of the three BBQs they supply for guest use! They also supply wine glasses, plates and cutlery.
And like everyone else has said, the coffee and muffins were a delight in the morning!
Our son enjoyed the stay too, as the owners had a little guy the same age, and they ran and played together!
Very friendly owners, that made us feel welcome and wanted!

We WILL be staying here again! Hopefully soon!

Thanks for being a gem amongst all the others!

We went to Radium Hot Springs for Labour Day long weekend and we booked a room at Crystal Springs Motel. First impression: SPOTLESS!! The maids spent almost an hour cleaning the room (we got there a little bit earlier) while we were outside enjoying the view. We had a room upstairs and I was impressed by how clean, cozy and welcoming it was without that "it smells like a motel" thing. The owners will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a good time while there, they are very friendly but professional at the same time .They had a pancake breakfast on Sunday and muffins and coffee on Monday. The Kicking Horse coffee is really good!! They also provided towels for us to use at the hot pool. Overall, a really , really awesome experience. We will return, for sure!

Room was very spacious and affordable. Owners were very helpful with information of various points of interest around Radium (and locations we never knew existed). We had a wonderful stay in the large family suite from Sept1-4. We highly recommend trying the apple and cheese muffins baked by the owner's daughter which are provided every day in the office (with free coffee too).
