I have eaten here a few times now and every time is a pleasant experience. Having been to Vietnam and Thailand, I'll disagree with the folks who say that the food is not authentic. The owners and chef are from there, and I can vouch for the quality of the food. It's rare to get real Vietnamese coffee done correctly outside of SE Asia.
I commend the service. When I ate here in February 2013, there was a huge snow storm and my brother and I were the only ones in the restaurant. I am vegan, and they were out of tofu. The owner ran across the street to Sobey's to get tofu just for my meal. The tofu Pad Thai was excellent. If you're unhappy with the seafood, that is an alternative.
Their hours seem a bit spotty though. Went by at 3 pm on a Monday and was surprised to see them closed. Not sure what was up then.
