This was the best place we stayed during our tour of the island. The rooms were spotless, the view second to non and the host went out of their way to make sure we had a good visit. We'll be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time!!!!! I think we found a real treasure.

After reading earlier reviews we were expecting something better. Our room was musty smelling and not overly clean. It felt like the outside wooden deck was rotting...didn't want to risk sitting out there. Wouldn't go back to this motel.

My husband and I have stayed at the Sand Pebbles Inn over the last few years when in Qualicum Beach B.C. This year we stayed once or twice a month and where treated with kindness, nice clean rooms, always time for their patrons.We also had our grandson with us in August and a truly fun time was had by our 4 1/2 year old. Close to all vacation interests. we would highly recommend a relaxing stay any time of the year.

Everything from the location of this hotel, to the hospitality of the owners is perfect. The sunset over the ocean at night looks like a picture in a post card, and it is amazingly reasonable. The town is friendly and easy to get to from the hotel, and the food in the area is great.
