Riviere du Loup is on the way to the beautiful Gaspe' peninsula. It is about 2 hrs northeast of Q. City. Great Gallic atmosphere and nature oriented activities such as horseback riding and hiking. Food is at times astonishingly cheap and good. The Saint Lawrence becomes very wide at RdL and you will enjoy the fjords
