“most beautiful view and excellent tennis courts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013

I am very glad that I picked le mirage. M. Paul is a very good sample of the local warmth.
He made us feel so good upon arrival and during the stay. I really appreciated his attentions.
Rooms are large and spacious with this outstanding view of the rock.
I recommend this hotel strongly.

While this motel has a nice view on Perce, overall it is an average quality motel (although it is called "Hotel"). Equipment in rooms is minimalist. Otherwise staff is nice. And it is at walking distance to Perce.

We stayed in Le Mirage for one night passing through Gaspésie. Although it is laid out like a motel, the finish did feel a bit more upmarket than a classic motel. It features a pool which is open from 7AM until 7PM, in between two two story buildings with parking lots attached. All rooms have a view to the Percé Rock.

Our room was equipped with two queen beds, a desk, a CRT television, a bathroom with a sliding door that couldn't be locked and floor to ceiling sliding windows with a small deck and two deck chairs, with view of the swimming pool and the Percé Rock.

It is more expensive than the other motels we visited, but in return you are staying in a tourist hotspot and have access to a pool and am nearby the town centre. Don't worry about using your car to go back into town though, since parking space is plenty and free in the town centre.

Room Tip: If you get a ground floor room, you don't have to drag up your luggage up the stairs, park near...

We stayed at Le Mirage for a night during 1st week of August. We were on a 10 day trip to Quebec's Gaspe region. We paid $159 +tax (~$188) for 1 night stay. The room was average. Not worth $$$ they charge. The towels were flimsy. No coffee machine in the room. Typical motel with 4 star hotel prices. The lady at the reception was very keen on selling us the tickets for boat ride to Percy rocks and Bonaventure islands. Not recommended.

This hotel is well equipped with wifi, cleaning services, and even accommodates one if something may be left behind. Staff was super friendly and the waking up to a view of the rock (Pierce) was great and unlike any other!

We spent 2 nights at this hotel which is sufficient time to enjoy the area. The Motel as stated by other reviewers is located on a hill overlooking the Village, Percee Rock and Bonaventure Island. We also found breakfast to be expensive at the hotel.but that seems to be the norm at all the restaurants (fish & chips $15++). I would not recommend this motel to persons that have a walking problem as the climb from the Village is steep. Staff was very nice and the view is incredible from all rooms and the restaurant. The boat tours are a must to appreciate the wildlife and history of the area. We drove from Point a la Croix to Percee and found it very enjoyable as you travel through a multitude of small villages...(pay attention to speed limit signs as they change often and the local police are everywhere).
The rooms are fair.. but clean, most of the motels are seasonal and privately owned so don't expect posh accommodations. All in all we loved our time in Percee and would reccommend to anyone to visit here at least once in your lifetime.

Room Tip: Rooms near the road are a bit noisier due to traffic.

We spent one night at this hotel and it was ver comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was a bit soft for us but would suit most. The grounds are lovely and our room had a beautiful view of the rock and village. We walked down to the village and had a good meal at la maison de pecheur. Also check out Wazo which has beaautiful and unique jewelry

Room Tip: Ask for second floor as most rooms will hav an excellent view.
