A beautiful old wooden house with lovely rooms, good beds and a warm welcome. The owners are very nice people. The breakfast is made with care and tasted very good. We had a glas of wine and a good snack at the fireplace.

This historic house is a great place to stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and we had a quiet and cosy night's sleep.
I don't think I've ever had such a nicely prepared breakfast - and one with so many courses!
Overall, highly recommended.

Au Clos Rolland, Couette & Cafe is a wonderful B&B in St. Adele Quebec. The rooms are large and very comfortable and the breakfast prepared by Sylvain is fantastic ..... A good choice if you are in the area. We sure enjoyed it!

The entire stay was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted at the front door and shown around the attractive and inviting common rooms before being escorted upstairs to our well-designed and beautifully maintained room. Sylvain, one of the owners, had even brought a carafe of cold water to leave in the room. The room had a sitting area with a desk and couch. The bedroom was beautiful and sophisticated and the bathroom was spotless. The quality of the sheets and towels was superb. Sylvain made a dinner reservation for us and provided a map with detailed directions.
Breakfast the next morning was a wonderful surprise. The attention to the presentation of the place settings as well as the quality of the food was excellent--fresh, delicious and exquisitely displayed. The pace of the meal was also delightful.
We give very high praise to Lauraine and Sylvain for their gracious hospitality and the lovely accommodations they offer!

My famiy and I stayed at Au Clos Rolland on our vacation to the Laurentides on the recommendations we had read on Trip Advisor. All the "excellent" ratings were well justified.
Lauraine and Sylvain, the owners, are very warm, gracious and accommodating. We felt immediately welcomed when we arrived.
The public areas and rooms are beautifully appointed and immaculate. The inn is on a quiet residential street. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lovely areas to sit and relax. There is plenty of comfortable sitting space inside as well.
They serve creative, gourmet breakfasts that are more like a brunch and are simply wonderful. I am a vegetarian and they went out of their way to accommodate my dietary wishes.
The entire atmosphere is relaxed and calm, without any pretension.
This is a first rate place, reasonably priced. If you plan to visit the Laurentides, this is the place to stay.

My partner and I had the pleasure of recently selecting this B&B for a weekend getaway. It is situated about 10 minutes outside of Saint Sauveur QC, in the Laurentians. Let me say that this property was the family home of the Rollands, which were the pulp and paper mill owners of the region in their time, and it is SPECTACULAR. This house is immense, gorgeous and was very, very well built. It has been extremely well kept through the years.

Our room was beautiful - complete with a two person roman tub, plush terry cloth robes and a gorgeous bed. We were on the third floor, and were the only guests our first night, and shared the entire place with only with one other couple the second night. This B&B has a "5 Soliel" rating - the highest possible in Quebec, and let me tell you it is with good reason. The service by the innkeepers was IMPECCABLE. Our breakfast was three courses, NOT including freshly squeezed juice, coffee to order, a cheese plate and freshly prepared bread. The home made jams (we sampled 5 different ones between our two mornings), and " creton maison" were phenomenal.

To top off our experience there, my boyfriend and I decided to dine at a nearby restaurant after hearing Sylvain's local recommendations. He absolutely insisted on driving us to and from the restaurant. We never wanted the entire weekend and were repeatedly surprised at the level of service that seemingly flowed effortlessly from this couple.

The price was $115 per night plus tax, for double occupancy. This is an unbelievable steal. In all seriousness, we would have quite happily paid twice that.

A special thank-you to two spectacular hosts!!! We plan on returning in a few months with friends!!

Room Tip: Be sure to verify that your room has a private bath, if that is something you require.
