Stopped here for supper knowing that BP is generally efficient and quick with good food. Not at this establishment. It took the food over 45 minutes to come. I ordered hamburger sliders. I got three sliders each with only a beef patty, a wilted piece of lettuce, two sides of a bun with absolutely nothing on them and a tomato slice. There was no cheese, no barbeque sauce, no special BP sauce, no pickle, as offered in the menu, and no bacon as I had requested. The waitress looked, and said, "It doesn't look right". A manager came over and after 25 minutes brought out three new sliders. This time one had a pickle, one had a tomato slice, two had cheese, and each had a small swab of some sort of sauce. My companion had a chicken panini which had a bread so hard it could only be broken, not bitten. Still with apologies and a supposed discount, we were asked to pay 23.50, which I did. I also gave the waitress a $20.00 tip and told her I was sorry she had to work in such a lousy establishment. The manager was busy horsing around with two young guys in hoodies by the cash desk when we left. Pathetic!
