“World class! A MUST see!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

In a word.....WOW!

It got 'royal' assent from the Queen because it's that level of 'quality', and to be honest, that important in our world. This museum is beautiful, fascinating, and boggles the mind in terms of it's displays and information. The entire experience, from the grounds and winding entrance-way, to the 'dino experiences' for the kids is....spectacular! Nothing is overdone or 'cheesy'....it's a real quality experience. Although families are likely the main visitor, the museum is not necessarily geared towards kids - this is a serious facility with mind-bending fossils. Everyone will love the experience, but don't go thinking this is a playground for kids (although there is one!) - the paleontologist in everyone will be mesmerized here! Get there early! The place is hopping with people, especially on the weekends or holidays.

There is so much to see, complete with programs you can take your kids on....honestly, one day is probably not enough!

“Best dinosaur museum ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

Plenty of motorhome parking, extensive exhibits on multiple eras, some of the best specimens in the world, great activities if you arrive before 4pm, close to a decent RV park or two.
A must see.

“Amazing”

It's amazing to think that these creatures are an Alberta creation. Well worth the time and perfect for children and families, especially on a hot day when you don't want to be outside in the sun.

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

I brought my six year old son and all he could say was "Ohmygod!!" At every exhibit. There was plenty of interactive exhibits, a huge array of dino fossils and the staff were friendly and very informed. The gift shop was surprisingly small but still well stocked. LOVED IT.
